At Quad City Bank & Trust, we've developed a powerful corporate culture, one that's evident in every facet of our organization. There are no greater assets than our employees and it shows in our work environment, community focus, employee programs, and benefits.

Providing forums for open communication and avenues for recognition are important aspects of a positive work environment. That's why staff members from every department are represented on a variety of committees throughout the company. In addition, employees are encouraged to share their ideas for improvements, whether functional, structural, or otherwise, through an internal committee dedicated to innovation. Employees also have an opportunity to recognize and reward one another for going above and beyond, for everything from providing exceptional customer service to aiding a fellow coworker, through Impression Awards.

As a community-focused bank, one of our goals is to positively influence the Quad City area. At Quad City Bank & Trust, we go one step further than just a sponsorship and donation program. We promote, support, and recognize the impact our employees make in the community through a unique VolunCHEERS program we created. The program encourages employees to volunteer during or after business hours for any number of community-based organizations. Volunteer activites are then submitted and considered in annual reviews, and once certain milestones are reached the bank donates money back to the organizations and causes that matter most to our employees as a thank you for their service.

Quad City Bank & Trust also hosts a number of employee events to focus solely on fun and fellowship. For example, employees gather every other spring for a company-wide retreat. The day away from the office promotes discussion on many topics and features fun team-building exercises.
