Popmoney is an innovative person-to-person payment service that eliminates the hassles of checks and cash. Sending money is as easy as emailing and texting through our Popmoney Bill Pay Service. Fees apply.

eStatements

Receive your monthly statement electronically through Personal Online Banking. Review your statement online, print it out for your records and access your statement history. You will be notified by email when your eStatement is ready to view.

Touchbanking App Enrollment Instructions for your iPhone or Android Device

To get started with mobile banking, follow the next steps to securely set up, install, and activate Quad City Bank & Trust’s TouchBanking app.

 

1. Set Up TouchBanking App Access Through Online Banking

  • Log into your Personal Online Banking account. (Not an online banking customer? It's easy to Sign up.)
  • Click on mobile in the upper right hand corner.
  • Read and click I accept the Terms & Conditions. Click Continue.
     

2. Install the TouchBanking App

  • Open Google Play Store on your Android device or the App Store on your iPhone and search for "TouchBanking."
  • Install the TouchBanking application on your mobile device.
     

3. Activate the App

  • Open the TouchBanking app to start the activation process.
    1. Enter the App Code: QCBTMobile
    2. Enter your User Name (your online banking user name).
    3. Click Continue.
  • The app will ask you to answer one of your security questions to confirm your identity.
  • Enter your password (your online banking password).
  • Read and accept the Terms & Conditions.

 

You can now securely access your accounts anywhere, right from your smartphone! You may also add or delete your mobile devices through Online Banking. Just log in and click on mobile to get started.

Mobile Deposit

To Use Mobile Deposit:

  • Log into your Touchbanking Mobile App
  • Select "Deposit" and enter deposit details
  • Take a photo of the front and back of the check (Must sign your name on the back of the check before taking photo)
  • Confirm the deposit**

Popmoney®

Popmoney® is an innovative person-to-person payment service intended to simplify your life. It eliminates the hassle of checks and cash when you pay your babysitter, send your child money at college, or reimburse a friend for lunch.

Send money securely from your bank account to just about anyone with an email or mobile number through our Popmoney Bill Pay Service1. Also, check out Popmoney Charitable Giving – send donations electronically to charities partnering with Popmoney at no fee.
 

How it works:

  1. Tell us who you want to pay along with their email address or mobile number and how much. They don't need to have an existing Popmoney account.
  2. They get notified to deposit their money. It's free for them to receive your payment. If they're new to Popmoney, they will be provided simple instructions on how to sign up.
  3. Done! Money goes directly to their bank account in as little as 1 to 3 business days.
     

Log into Personal Online Banking and click on “Sign up for Bill Pay today” to start the quick enrollment process.

eStatements

Designed to give you quicker, more convenient access to the tools you need to better manage your finances, securely view your monthly eStatement through Online Banking.

Each month, Quad City Bank & Trust will send an email notifying you when your eStatement is available to view. Then, sign into Online Banking, click on an Account tile, and then click on Statements to easily:

  • Review your current statement
  • Access your statement history
  • Store and organize your statements on your computer
  • Print statements for your records
