Quad City Bank & Trust Appoints Caitlin Russell to Board of Directors

Quad City Bank & Trust is proud to welcome Caitlin Russell, Senior Vice President of Russell, a local construction and development firm, to its Board of Directors.

Caitlin is a proud Quad City native who brings extensive experience in finance as well as construction management and design. In her current role, she oversees all real estate acquisitions, leasing and depositions for Russell and is instrumental in identifying, analyzing and growing development opportunities.  From site selection and sourcing financing to managing leasebacks and municipal incentives, Caitlin demonstrates a proven success in cultivating strong client and partner relationships – a core value of Quad City Bank & Trust.

Caitlin received an undergraduate degree in Construction Management from the Arizona State University Del E. Webb School of Construction and earned a master’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Iowa Henry B. Tippie College of Business. She also serves as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and holds an Iowa Real Estate brokers license. In her spare time, Caitlin is an active volunteer in the community, serving on the Board of Directors for United Way and the Genesis Health Foundation.
